The gaming tables were quite the attraction at the BBBSMC 1st Annual Casino Night at Convention Hall.
Eatontown - Big Brothers Big Sisters of Monmouth County held its First Annual Casino Night at the legendary Asbury Park Convention Hall on Thursday, June 11 from 7pm to 11pm. As the over 500 guests walked through the doors of Convention Hall, they were greeted by the friendly faces of committee members and volunteers and were in awe over the dramatic transformation of this legendary venue into a true casino.  Aside from the club lighting, dance music, and signature cocktails, the room was filled with a sense of community and support.

"We're thrilled that so many people came out to support our agency and the kids of Monmouth County that we serve, it was a great night," said BBBSMC's Executive Director, William Salcedo.

The evening raised over $35,000 for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Monmouth County and will be used to directly fund the agency's mentoring programs for children who are facing emotional, social and academic challenges in the community.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Monmouth County would like to acknowledge the support it received from sponsors and in particular Wesley Grove Luxury Condominiums of Asbury Park who donated Convention Hall for the event.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Monmouth County is a private, non-profit 501C3 organization. They do not charge a fee to the children or parents for their services. A volunteer Board of Trustees provides effective governance and support to the organization. Their revenue is generated through: private donations, grants, planned gifts and special events.
